Important Things to Know About EAC

There are no fees for EAC services. The services provided by EAC are paid for by your employer. There are no deductibles and no co-pays.
If you need a referral to an additional resource to supplement the services you receive from EAC, our counselors will help you access your behavioral health benefits under your medical plan.
- You and your immediate family members are all covered under your EAP. This includes spouses, dependent children, and significant others living in your household.
- Seeking help from your EAP will not adversely affect your job. Your job security or promotional opportunities will not be jeopardized as a result of using EAC.
- Your employer pays for a limited number of sessions with EAC for you and your covered family members per year. Contact your Human Resources department or EAC to determine how many sessions are covered.
