    Services

    Helping Employees

    • Solution-Focused Counseling Our counselors work with your employees to get to the heart of the issues and help them begin the healing process. Whenever possible, counseling is completed within the EAP “short-term” counseling model. Clients who need longer-term counseling may be referred to other services or agencies.
    • Training Employees and their family members can attend any of our regional training sessions free of charge. See our current training schedule.
    • Assessment and Referral Our EAP professionals are highly trained, credentialed counselors who provide employees with a thorough assessment and, if needed, appropriate referrals to other services or agencies.
    • Work Life Resource Service Employees and their families can click here to access related online resources.

Meeting the Needs of Business Owners and Human Resource Managers

    • Training Seminars We offer a wide variety of training topics to meet your company’s needs. In addition to the ongoing Regional Training Schedule, we can facilitate programs on-site at a location requested by the employer.
    • Critical Incident Stress Management Unfortunately, difficult events may occur that impact your employees and your workplace. While we hope that you never have a need for this service, we provide immediate response to support you and your employees. A fatal accident or other unexpected event can paralyze your work team. We can implement a comprehensive and immediate response to assist you and your employees to move through the event.
    • Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) Service Under the US Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, employees who work in safety-sensitive positions in the transportation industry — such as truck drivers, bus drivers, pilots, etc. — are subject to drug testing and alcohol testing, and requires DOT agencies to perform such testing. When an employee tests positive for drugs or alcohol, they must obtain services by a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). A SAP is a person who evaluates such employees and makes recommendations concerning education, treatment, follow-up testing, and after-care. This service helps employers and employees work within DOT guidelines. For more information on understanding the DOT Substance Abuse Process, view our SAP flyer (pdf).
